It’s true! Diet is 70% of the battle. The hour you spend at the gym is tough by in reality its nothing compared to avoiding the wrong diet the other 23 hours of the day. I wanted to share something a little less deep and personal today, but oh so tasty! These muffins are a hit in my house by the calorie counter and the non calorie counter. I've modified this recipe a few times to shave off a few more calories and each motification has actually produced a muffin that tastes better than the last. …Pride is forever. I must admit, I wrote and re-wrote this post several times. How do you just dive into such a journey? It’s like dipping your toe in the swimming pool, you can spend all day inching your way in but who has that much time? Sometimes you just have to dive in. Well here I am, diving in.
